The artist reserves the right to cancel or refuse commissions without having to disclose their reasons.

Clients will not receive the unwatermarked version of commissioned artworks. (however watermarks will be a lot more smaller, discreet and hidden so it will not distract too much from the commissioned piece)

Commissions are a digital purchase, therefore the client will not be receiving a physical copy of said commissioned work.

The following Terms of Service are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

Should the artist lose contact with a client without a reason (i.e Client has become unresponsive after 14 days (2 weeks) the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

Failure to comply or to read the Terms of Service will not exempt the client from penalties.

Commissions are likely to be made in a canvas size of 2500x3000px and up, if you prefer a more custom size please do inform the artist before the commission starts.

Clients will automatically receive work-in-progress images and updates (Sketch > Lineart > Flat Colour > Rendering/Finalized).

An expected deadline or a rush order may be entitled to an additional charge given by the artist.

Commissioned turnarounds without expected deadlines will be 3 days - a month depending on workload/schedule.

Reference Sheets may take a considerable amount of time but the artist will give a quote on Turnaround Time to the client depending on the order/request.

Clients are expected to have their references / descriptions or ideas ready. If you prefer to leave it up to the artist or you wish to discuss about what might work best then feel free to message the artist whenever you find yourself ready.

Clients MAY NOT share lewd / NSFW commission artworks outside of +18 communities/spaces or direct messages with consenting adults.

Clients may not tamper, omit or alter the artist's watermark or signature.

Clients will only be receiving the watermarked .PNG files.

Clients are not permitted to use commissioned works for AI generated content.

Clients may check in anytime for updates but please do be mindful of the timezone differences.

Repeated insulting/harrassing/threatening offenses made while the commission is ongoing will result in the artist outright terminating the commission and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please have payment readily available, delayed payment = delayed commission (I cannot continue to work on the commission until it has been paid in full) If you do not have the funds I am more than willing to provide a waiting slot as long as you are cooperative and responsive.

The artist holds the rights to the piece therefore reserving the right to post commissioned works on social media.

The artist does not hold the rights to a character & the intellectual property that belongs to the client.

Should a client wish to keep the commissioned work private, it is requested of them to inform the artist before a commission starts.

The artist may use the commission(s) for the artist's portfolio or artbooks (If you have a problem with this please do inform me upfront before the commission begins).

The artist will be cooperative and responsive to any form of criticism provided by the client. I will be as transparent as possible about the progress and will ask for confirmation when I am uncertain about a specific detail.

The artist will post from time to time during the duration of working on commissions, but this will not hinder the progress or delay the clients' commission. I will very likely prioritize commissions and this may be a very rare occurrence.

The artist is NOT to change details in the commission unnecessarily without the client's confirmation/consent, everything will be done according to the client's wishes as long as it abides to the TOS.

The artist may make suggestions to make the commission look more appealing but is not to act on it without consent of the client.

The artist will inform the client in advance or as soon as possible about any abrupt changes in schedule that may hinder or delay the commission.

Redistribution/re-uploads of commissioned work are allowed only when the watermark/signature is eligible/intact and credit is given. If the watermark is tampered with, cropped out or removed and is uploaded to any form of social networking media platform I reserve the right to remove the post containing said tampered artwork and forfeit the commission.

Clients are prohibited from claiming products/commissioned work as their own work.

Clients may not use their commissions for commercialized use without discussing with the artist.

Clients are allowed to physically print commissioned works as long as it is not used for commercial purposes.

All commissions fall under personal use only until stated otherwise.

Commissions that will be used for commercial use will be subjected to a fee.

Commercial use is (but not limited to) merchandise, promotional use, advertisement, integration into product(s), softwares or any other business-related tools etc.

Strictly excludes illegal, defamatory and immoral purposes.

Commissions that are for commercial use must be brought to the attention of the artist before the artist begins the commission.

Commercial fee is x200% of the cost provided. (ex : a $40 commission will be a $120 commission if used commercially)

Additional charges are (but not limited to) backgrounds, weapons, items, more than one head per piece, animals etc.

Prices stated are base prices for a single character (head) only, multiple heads are entitled to an additional fee.

Clients are entitled to a maximum of one revision AFTER sketch, requesting more revisions may result in additional fees. (Clients are entitled up to 3 revisions during sketch)

Payment is to be done upfront to start the commission.

Payments are in USD (United States Dollars).

Payments will be conducted only through PayPal Invoices.

The artist does not accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

Any monetary compensation that is made without the consent of the artist is to be treated as a donation.

A document of the Terms Of Service will be attached to the invoice sent to the commissioner.

All payments are final, there are no refunds unless the artist is to run into personal circumstances/debilitating situations that the artist can not fix within a certain timeframe. (i.e; illnesses, spoiled tablet/pen etc)

Refunds will be given according to the amount of work done.

The client may request a refund if the artist has not started working on their commission however once the client has been informed that the artist had started the commission prior to the request, that request will be denied.

The client will receive a refund if the client has paid and the artist has cancelled the commission.

When a refund is issued , the client may not request a chargeback as the artist will be personally sending the amount back to the client.

There are no refunds after a commission has been/is considered concluded (Finalized piece has been sent and was not met with any direct criticism/revisions that needs the piece to be altered, once the client has agreed that they no longer want to make any changes to the final piece the commission will be considered concluded.)
